As part of branding purpose, I think it is important to present my blog with the right look and feel that will reflect the professionalism and gain visitor trust on the content I deliver. Hence, to do away the boring layout how may blog is displayed to visitors with the standard default setting, I need to change what is known as ‘theme’ in wordpress admin dashboard.

Many themes are available online for free, one of them is at http://wpmudev.org/project/Farms-100-big-ones-theme-pack

There are hundred of theme one can experiment with from the above site.

To change a wordpress theme, follow below steps:

1. Download the theme from the above mentioned site or any other themes you can find

2. Unzip the downloaded file

3. Upload the theme (the whole folder which contain the theme files) to your wordpress folder under public_html/wp-content/themes/

4. Log in to your wordpress admin dashboard, go to Design > Themes and select the uploaded theme
